Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) will manage IT projects from planning through to implementation.
The PM will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the project team including vendor management and will work directly with the Program Manager to deliver solutions and enterprise interests.
The Project Manager will be responsible for working with the IT business clients to establish a clear vision for these projects, planning, budgeting, and scheduling, coordinating selection and engagement of a third-party implementer, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and identifying and leveraging synergies and learnings between the two implementation projects.

Responsibilities
Manage and deliver a large-scale ERP & Project Management Project across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the IT delivery team ensuring that milestones are being achieved
Interact with the development team to ensure that requirements are correctly understood and implemented
Align resources to deliver project deliverables for software, integration, and business process implementation
Collaboratively develop, monitor, and control overall project plan including project schedule
Collaboratively develop, monitor, and control project budget and forecasts
Responsible for creating project deliverables to support the stage-gate project management and financial processes in collaboration with the Business Program and Enterprise IT Leads
Responsible for tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and changes
Identify and make recommendations for areas for process and systems improvement
Hold regular project and technical meetings to determine progress and address project challenges and issues
Responsible for project status reporting on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
Education, Experience & Skills
Relevant certificate, diploma, degree or designation program in Project Management
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Integrations. Experience with SAP and Oracle will be an asset
Demonstrated success with large-scale, enterprise IT implementations as part of a business transformation
Experience within a merger and acquisition environment will be considered an asset
Knowledge and experience with large scale multifunctional IT implementation initiatives
Demonstrated experience in working in a high-level collaborative environment and facilitating a team-oriented approach
Knowledge of IT Enterprise Transformational Projects will be considered an asset
Working Knowledge of OCM Methodologies will be considered an asset
